Kim Kardashian Is Being Sued For Sharing Affectionate Moment With Husband Online
Kim Kardashian has made her career off being social media savvy. The mom of 4 shares so many intimate details of her life with her followers. She essentially treats us like family not every celebrity can say that they value their fans as much as Kim does. Apparently, this has caused Kim yet another lawsuit. Back in October of 2018, she shared a photo of her and Kanye West on her Instagram account. The photo was captioned “We Got Love” with two heart emojis.

The photo was liked by 2.2 million of Kim’s followers. Unfortunately, the photographer Saeed Bolden wasn’t feeling the love from Kim. He took the shot which showed Kim and Kanye posing together with Kim smiling lovingly at Kanye. The affectionate shot managed to capture the two of them in their best light. So, we get it, who wouldn’t want credit for that? Soon after Kim posted the photo Bolden took credit for taking it. He told “TMZ.com” that he never gave Kim permission to post the photo.
The picture is kind of rare because Kanye is actually smiling but we can’t say the smile comes as a surprise, he always smiles when he is around Kim. Bolden is looking for monetary compensation for his picture being used without his permission. The photographer is now suing Kim. He was not vocal about how much he is suing the reality star for or really even why it’s necessary. Fortunately, he doesn’t need a reason his lawsuit is straight forward without his permission Kim had no right.
“TMZ.com” reported that Bolden is also suing Kim’s shapewear and loungewear line Skims. The Skims account never posted the photo, but Bolden says that the account is shared with Kim’s main account therefore, he has the right to sue it as well. It is a fact the Skim account never posted the photo or made any mention of it but that doesn’t seem to matter. Only time will tell if the lawsuit will actually cover suing Skims or if Bolden is just reaching.
This kind of situation happens more often then not. Kim has been accused in the past of sharing photos without credit and so have a slew of other celebrities. This includes Jennifer Lopez, Gigi Hadid, and Kim’s own sister Khloe Kardashian. Maybe she can get a few pointers from little sis on how to deal with this case. This is becoming a trend in Hollywood with the rise of social media, copyright laws are a little out of wack. If you are ever in doubt just remember, if it wasn’t a selfie and you don’t know who took it, then you might get sued.
