Kids' Night on Broadway is heating up!

The nationwide program is designed to introduce a new generation to the experience of live theater, says The Broadway League.

When is Kids Night on Broadway?

Kids' Night on Broadway is set for Tuesday, Aug. 29, in New York City, except for "Six," which will take place on Wednesday, Aug. 30, due to its performance schedule.

Seventeen Broadway shows are participating this year. There's also special deals, including free meals for kids, at 13 restaurants in the theater district.

There also will be in-theater special activities, including talkbacks, sing-alongs, art projects, Kids’ Night on Broadway activity books and more. Audience members attending their first Broadway show can nab a "My First Broadway Show" sticker to attach to their Playbill.

How to get Kids Night on Broadway tickets

For the first time, the special day — where kids 18 and under can attend a Broadway show for free with a full-paying adult — is happening in the summertime. (The Kids' Night on Broadway offer is applied as 50% off each ticket when purchased as a pair. No additional "free" tickets are added to orders.)
