Kids’ Funny Reactions to Presidential Candidates’ Pictures
Stephen Colbert thought he’d find out what future voters think about this year’s presidential candidates, so he sat down with some kids for a special edition of “Road to the White House” on The Late Show.
Colbert held up pictures of each of the candidates to get their opinion, but it didn’t start off great when a few of the kids said he looked like Ted Cruz. After that unflattering comparison, Colbert decided to describe Hillary Clinton himself, saying, “She kinda seems like a grandma who gives you candy, but it’s not the kind of candy that you like, but you eat it anyway because it’s all the candy that there is.”
The kids obviously had some adorable comments, like one girl who said that Bernie Sanders made her feel “confused,” or when a little boy described Donald Trump’s hair as a “creepy creature that crawled on top of him.”
