Kid Sisters Crush Metallica, Ozzy, Iron Maiden Classics: Watch

The post Kid Sisters Crush Metallica, Ozzy, Iron Maiden Classics: Watch appeared first on Consequence.

Kid sisters Aixa (age 9) and Nirvana (age 11) are following in the footsteps of fellow music prodigy Nandi Bushell with their impressive TikTok channel of heavy metal cover songs.

Hailing from a musical family, Aixa and Nirvana (yes, that’s her name!) performed alongside their parents in many of their early clips, but lately they’ve been tackling impressive renditions of songs by Metallica, Ozzy Osbourne, and Iron Maiden all by themselves.

Nirvana handles guitar and vocals while Aixa lays down the rhythm behind a huge drum kit that threatens to engulf her. But for their age, the sisters already sound like seasoned vets.

Their cover of the Maiden classic “The Trooper” is a prime example and has already amassed over 22 million views on TikTok. While Aixa pounds away at the kit, Nirvana holds down the dynamic guitar lines and the vocals — a challenge that even Iron Maiden never attempted. She also works her pedal board to lay down the proper effects. It’s jaw-dropping stuff.

Elsewhere, they take on a portion of Metallica’s “Master of Puppets.” Aixa enthusiastically announces the song before Nirvana begins ripping through the opening riff note for note.

If you have a young rocker in your life, consider decking them out in Consequence‘s new line of children’s and baby clothing. There are currently two fun designs — “Punk Penguin” and “Metal Monkey” (see below) — available as youth T-shirts and baby onesies via the Consequence Shop.

Below you can watch the sisters Aixa and Nirvana play through songs by Iron Maiden, Metallica, and Ozzy. See more of their videos at their TikTok channel.
