The movie follows Mili, a cheerful and bubbly psychotherapist who is hired by a Rajasthani royal family. Her job is to provide medical assistance to the bedridden King Shekhar Singh Rathore. Furthermore, Mili’s overtly enthusiastic nature is condemned by the queen, Nirmala Devi for whom Mili’s behavior does not adhere to the royal protocols. However, her meeting with the prince, Vikram Singh Rathore with whom she eventually begins a romantic relationship shifts her equation with the family.
The popular Pakistani actor, Fawad Khan plays Prince Vikram Singh Rathore opposite Bollywood actress, Sonam Kapoor (who plays Mili). Kirron Kher, Aamir Raza Husain, Ratna Pathak Shah, Ashok Banthia, and more comprise other notable casts.
