Khloe Kardashian Says Parents Who Don’t Talk To Their Kids About Race Are Setting Them Up ‘For Failure’

Khloe Kardashian is opening up raising a Black daughter as a white mom. The “Keeping Up With the Kardashian” star was on Leomie Anderson’s “Role Model” podcast on Tuesday, where she talked about how she wants to raise her three-year-old daughter, True Thompson, who she shares with her ex-Tristan Thompson. "I will be always learning and trying to do the best I can do as being her mom, but I'm obviously not a woman of color, but I do want her to be exposed to as much inclusion, but variety as possible,” the reality star said. Khloe also talked about the importance of talking to children about race. “You’re only setting them up, I think, for failure if you don’t talk about race and probably things they’re going to endure when they’re in, quote, the ‘real world,’” she said.
