Khloé Kardashian Won't Shut Tristan Thompson Out of True's Life: 'She's Not One to Seek Revenge'
As Khloé Kardashian continues to heal following Tristan Thompson‘s alleged cheating scandal with Jordyn Woods, her primary focus is the well-being of her little girl.
Although the mother of one was “furious” to learn about the alleged tryst between Thompson, 27, and Woods, 21 — who is best friends with Kylie Jenner — she is not letting her emotions get between her daughter True’s relationship with Thompson.
“She’s very good at compartmentalizing and at the end of the day, she wants True to have a happy relationship with both of her parents,” a source close to Kardashian, 34, tells PEOPLE.
“She’s not one to seek revenge or hold onto negativity,” says the source.

Despite Thompson’s betrayal, the source says that Kardashian still wants him to have a positive relationship with their 10-month-old daughter and that she will likely remain “very cool” about the Cleveland Cavaliers star in terms of not shutting him out of True’s life.
On Tuesday, TMZ and Hollywood Unlocked reported that Kardashian and the NBA star split after he was unfaithful to her with Woods, who was a former member of the Good American squad, representing Kardashian’s clothing brand.
Reps for Kardashian and Thompson have not returned PEOPLE’s requests for comment. Woods’ rep had no comment.
In the days since she learned about the incident, according to a source, the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star has held her head high.
On Wednesday, Kardashian and her best friend Malika Haqq stepped out in Los Angeles to attend the opening of PrettyLittleThing’s new store, which “was a professional commitment planned far in advance,” big sister Kim Kardashian said on Twitter.

Although Kardashian has not confirmed her split from Thompson, the latest scandal could be what she needs to “finally be able to move on,” an insider said.
The couple weathered their first public scandal last April when photos and videos surfaced of Thompson getting close to other women just days before Kardashian gave birth to their daughter True. Though the new mom initially forgave the basketball player, they took a downward turn in recent weeks, living apart and spending barely any time together.
“Khloé is doing okay. She’s still upset about what happened and talks about it a lot. But it really seems she is able to see what everyone else has been seeing for so long — that she was always too good for Tristan,” the insider said. “She deserves so much better.”
“It’s amazing that she for so long was trying to keep her family together for True. It’s been very challenging for her,” the insider added. “But in the end, now that they are 100 percent over, Khloé feels like she did everything she could to be in a relationship with Tristan. Clearly, he doesn’t care about his relationship with her.”
