Khloé Kardashian Admits She and Ex Tristan Thompson Have Neighboring Lots and Her Hopes That He Will Sell it to Her

Khloé Kardashian’s relationship with ex Tristan Thompson might be amicable, but she doesn’t want to live next door to him.

On Thursday’s episode of The Kardashians, the Good American co-founder, 39, talked about how she and the NBA star, 32, are handling their shared real estate in Palm Springs, Calif.

In the sixth episode of the new season, the Kardashian-Jenner crew was in Palm Springs for Easter weekend. While the time was meant for “Easter bunny-ing it up,” being in the desert town brought up a predicament between Khloé and Tristan.

“Tristan and I bought two lots together in Palm Springs when we were together,” Khloé explained to the camera after Kourtney asked her, “What’s up with your lot here?”

“Here we are, many moons later, and we still own these lots together," Khloé added.

In the confessional, she explained, "Tristan won't give up his end of the lot. Hopefully time will get the best of him and he’ll sell me the other half."

The real estate drama is just part of Khloé navigating her relationship with Tristan in season 4 following his repeated infidelity.

Despite Tristan's cheating, Khloé has managed to remain on good terms with her ex, with whom she shares daughter True, 5, and son Tatum, 13 months. She even allowed him to temporarily live with her amid his home renovation, following the sudden death of his mother Andrea. Throughout the season, the exes have been open about their complicated relationship.

While Khloé seemed calm when talking about her ex, Kourtney feels differently. The oldest sister said that she “there’s times where [she’s] so triggered by [Tristan] and [she] can’t be around him” but other times she can “let it go” because he's the father of her niece and nephew. Kourtney also added that her 11-year-old daughter, Penelope, has some negative feelings about her uncle.

All seemed harmonious when Khloé, Tristan and Dream stopped by Kourtney’s home and the basketball player asked for a tour. Khloé even said that she feels “really proud” of how she and Tristan are together.

When talking to the camera, Khloé said, “I’m really proud of myself for where me and Tristan are and how I’m able to allow him to be the father he wants to be. But where I am at with Tristan has nothing to do with what I expect my family members to do, if Penelope has feelings about Tristan, rightfully so and good for you girl.”

While chatting in Kourtney’s backyard, Khloé directly asked Tristan, “Who’s getting the lots?” and joked to Kourtney, “Tristan is hoping that I’m going to forget.”

Tristan responded that they should “continue to work” on themselves and “let time figure it out,” but Khloé looked frustrated by his answer.

In a confessional, Khloé explained, “Right now, he is convinced we are going to build this house. I don't know if he thinks that we're going to do this together as a couple or we’re just doing this and going to have a co-op and share this home that we built together. I don’t know where his head is at, but one of us will break eventually."
