Khloé Kardashian Reveals She Worried Over Son Tatum’s Paternity & It’s So Much Weirder Than You Think

Y’all. If you’ve kept up with the Kardashians, you’ve kept up with a lot of craziness (kraziness?), but I promise you you’re not ready for this one. Khloé Kardashian appeared on the SHE MD podcast — alongside her OB-GYN Dr. Thais Aliabadi and Mary Alice Haney — and had some major revelations.

One that still has us reeling is the fact that she had ex Tristan Thompson take three paternity tests (one. two. THREE.) with their son, Tatum. Now, it’s no secret that Kardashian and Thompson had a messy relationship. Their 6-year-old daughter True was born in April 2018 right after details of Thompson’s infidelity started making headlines. Despite the turmoil, the two welcomed a son via surrogate in Aug. 2022.

And so maybe you’re thinking, “Umm … OK … Well, if Thompson was lying and unfaithful during their relationship, maybe he did something to mess with the conception process …?” It’s a stretch, but we hear you! (Again, it was messy.)

But no, Kardashian wasn’t worried that Thompson didn’t try to be the father. She was worried that her brother Rob Kardashian accidentally became the father.

*Record scratch*

Wait, what?! Maybe Maury Povich should be here for this…

The Good American founder explained that because her son looks so much like her brother and acts so much like her late father Robert Kardashian, she worried that something went terribly wrong.

“Because he was an IVF baby or a surrogate baby, I was like, ‘Rob, have you ever donated sperm somewhere?'” Kardashian said. “I made Tristan do three DNA tests for Tatum. He was so offended.”

“In this family, that would not surprise me, but that would be so disgusting,” she continued.

Khloé! Girl! WHAT?! He looks like Rob because you’re the mother and Rob is the uncle. Not because Rob is the father! And how is it possible that one paternity test didn’t convince you? TWO didn’t either? You had to go for three?!

Is this because your own paternity was always questioned, with people speculating that your dad was actually O.J. Simpson and not Robert?

Needless to say, Thompson is Tatum’s father, and Kardashian had some sweet things to say about the “incredible” father. “He made mistakes, but he’s the nicest guy,” she said. “And we get along so well now. We’re not meant to be together, but he was meant to be the father of these kids.”
