It’s been over six years since Khloé Kardashian was pregnant with her firstborn daughter True, and she is feeling a little emotional about it. She dug up several throwback snaps from her pregnancy, and she looks absolutely stunning in each one!
“I can not handle True turning 6 tomorrow,” she wrote on her Instagram story on Thursday. There’s nothing like your baby’s birthday to make you nostalgic for the past!

“What’s wrong with me 🥹 🥹 🥹,” she added. “What is this liquid falling from my eyes?” As she was crying over her daughter’s big new age (trust us, we get it!), she decided to take a trip down memory lane.
The Good American founder shared a side view photo of herself in a black bra and maternity leggings, where she cradles her bump. She shared another in a black crop top and pants as she smiles with her younger sister Kylie Jenner, who was pregnant at the time with her daughter Stormi, 6.
“One of the most special parts about me being pregnant with True, is that I got to be pregnant with Kylie as well,” Kardashian wrote. “This was the biggest blessing!! My baby sister and I having babies together.” Aww!

She shared more pictures from her pregnancy, including lingerie shoots with her bare bump on full display. In one, her sister Kim Kardashian kisses her bare bump, and in another, she smiles with sister Kourtney Kardashian.
At the end, The Kardashians star posted a photo from the hospital as she holds her newborn daughter True on her chest. “The day my life changed forever 🤍,” she captioned it.
Kardashian shares True and Tatum, 8 months, with ex Tristan Thompson. Earlier this month, she went on a sister trip to Turks & Caicos with their kids.

The mother-daughter shots show her and True in the water, smiling and swimming together. True looks so grown up in her bright orange swimsuit with white threaded through her long braids.
It might be sad remembering your pregnancy, but at the same time, it’s so special to watch your baby grow up! Happy birthday, True!
