Khloé Kardashian Reflects on Pregnancy with Daughter True Ahead of Her 6th Birthday: ‘Biggest Blessing’

Khloé Kardashian is feeling nostalgic about her pregnancy with her daughter True.

On Thursday, April 11, the Good American co-founder, 39, reflected on carrying her daughter as she prepared to celebrate the little one's 6th birthday the following day (April 12).

“I can not handle True turning 6 tomorrow. What’s wrong with me 🥹🥹🥹 What is this liquid falling from my eyes?” Kardashian wrote in a post on her Instagram Stories.

The Kardashians star then shared a snap of herself cradling her baby bump against a pink background, before mulling over how “special” it was for her to be pregnant at the same time as her young sister Kylie Jenner.

Alongside a black-and-white photo of the duo wearing black crop tops, Kardashian wrote, “One of the most special parts about me being pregnant with True, is that I got to be pregnant with Kylie as well. This was the biggest blessing!! My baby sister and I having babies together.”

The sweet snap saw the siblings smiling at one another as Kardashian placed her hands on her sister’s bare bump. Kardashian’s bare bump was also on show in the shot.

Kardashian followed the post with another picture of the pair cradling and showing off their bumps in cropped clothing and underwear.

In the photos, Jenner, 26, was pregnant with her daughter Stormi, who turned 6 on Feb. 1.

Kardashian’s nostalgia didn’t stop there, as the mom of two then shared a series of black-and-white shots from a lingerie photoshoot she did while pregnant with her daughter.

The reality star’s throwbacks also included a picture of her older sister Kim Kardashian planting a kiss on her bump while the duo were clad in Calvin Klein underwear, and photos from the siblings' trip to Japan with their eldest sister Kourtney Kardashian Barker.

Khloé’s final snap saw a newborn True lying on her chest in the hospital with the caption, “The day my life changed forever 🤍.”

The TV personality also shared a fan account’s video of the moment Khloé revealed her pregnancy on the family’s former reality show, Keeping Up with the Kardashians.

Khloé shares True, along with her younger brother Tatum, 1, with her ex Tristan Thompson.
