Khloé Kardashian Helps 'Revenge Body' Star Amy Cowgirl Up for Horseback Riding

Khloé Kardashian showcased another person meeting their fitness and lifestyle goals, this time focusing on a mom who was too heavy to horseback ride with her daughter.

On Sunday's episode of "Revenge Body with Khloé Kardashian," we met Amy Elkins.

45-year-old Amy is a studio executive who wanted to get back in shape to be able to partake in fun activities with her 10-year-old adopted daughter, after her ex-husband up and left.

Amy admitted that she used weight gain as a barrier growing up, and felt that she would frequently gain weight to possible suitors away.

In trying times, she began turning to food for comfort, such as when her father died after a battle with cancer.

Amy explained that things came to a head when she weighed 383 lbs and was too big to ride Space Mountain during a trip to Disneyland.

She tearfully admitted that it was "humiliating," and that her daughter's crying over the situation was a wake up call to get in shape.

The other activity she wanted to do was ride horses, but Amy was well above 240 lb the weight limit to safely ride a horse.

Khloé hooked up Amy with her nutritionist, as well as Gunnar Peterson, her fitness guru.

Peterson put Amy on a regimen of boxing, treadmill and strength training. Amy also got involved in Spin classes, and dedicated herself to eating right and working out.

After 6 weeks of training, Amy lost over 24 inches and 47 lbs ... which Peterson noted was equivalent to the size of a 4-year-old.

Khloé also made sure Amy got the full glam treatment, with a new haircut and beauty treatment.

Upon her reveal, the studio exec said, "I am standing here today to honor my father and to show my daughter that I am a confident, proud, happy, beautiful person."

Khloé also tweeted about Amy's transformation, writing, "Holy smokes Amy!!!!!!!! You look spectacular but most importantly, your soul is smiling!!!! Congratulations to you and your daughter!"

The best part -- Amy and her daughter now regularly go horseback riding!
