Kevin Spacey Settles Sexual Assault Lawsuit, Days After Accuser Found Dead

Kevin Spacey has reached a settlement in the case accusing him of sexual battery against a male masseuse, days after a second accuser was found dead.

According to court documents obtained by The Blast, the lawsuit brought by John Doe against Spacey has been dismissed.

As The Blast first reported, Doe sued Kevin Spacey for sexual battery, gender violence, battery, assault, intentional infliction of emotional distress and false imprisonment.

The suit claimed that on October 2016, he was assaulted by the actor while giving a massage at his Malibu home. Doe said Spacey grabbed his hand and forced him to fondle the star’s genitals and made an offer for oral sex.Doe said he eventually grabbed his massage table and left after refusing the actor’s alleged advances.

Spacey demanded the case be dismissed unless Doe revealed his identity, A judge shut down that request and allowed the case to move forward.

Back in October, it was revealed that Doe died months after filing his lawsuit. The case was in limbo after his death until a representative was put in place for his estate.

In the newly filed court documents, Spacey and the estate, “stipulate and agree to the dismissal with prejudice of this action, including all claims stated against all parties, with each party to bear his or its own attorneys’ fees and costs.”

The case will officially be closed when the judge signs off.

Earlier this month, a separate Spacey sexual assault accuser, Ari Behn, died by suicide. Back in December 2017, Ari accused Kevin of groping him at a dinner table at the Nobel Peace Prize concert in 2007. The actor never responded to the accusations by Ari.

This all comes as Spacey recently released another creepy Christmas video talking about “Kill them with kindness.”

Spacey has remained defiant since being accused of sexual assault by multiple men and even fought off criminal charges.
