Kevin James Is Starring In A NASCAR Sitcom For Netflix

Netflix announced its latest series, The Crew, as a star vehicle for actor Kevin James. According to reports, The Crew is a multi camera NASCAR themed show.
"Kevin James [stars] as the crew chief in a NASCAR garage who finds himself at odds with the team's new owner, a tech reliant millennial."
The People Behind 'The Crew'
The creative team behind The Crew includes producer Jeff Sussman from King of Queens , show runner Jeff Lowell from Two And A Half Men and Netflix's The Ranch, and producer Todd Garner from Paul Blart: Mall Cop.
Netflix Fans Are Skeptical ,
While Netflix intends for James to be a draw for comedy fans, the initial reaction is... not great. If you check out the responses to the announcement tweet, people are more than skeptical.

So far, there is no announced premiere date of The Crew.
