Kevin Hart's Crash Victim Breaks Silence On Accident, Doesn't Blame Him: See The Graphic Injury Photos

The woman who was in the car with Kevin Hart during his violent car accident has broken her silence and shared photos of the two victims recovering at the hospital. It seems, in her statement, she isn’t blaming the comedian for the crash.

Rebecca Broxterman, who was Hart's wife Eniko Hart's personal trainer, was a passenger in the car along with her fiance Jared Stanton. She released a statement on social media, including photos and videos of the couple's recovery.

"GRATEFUL and BLESSED. September 1, 2019 was the scariest day of my life. God was definitely watching over us that night and protecting us. Thank you, Lord, for wrapping your loving arms around us in our time of need," Broxterman began.

She included a statement she had written on September 17, 2019.

"First of all, I want you all to know that ultimately, all 3 of us in the car wreck are alive and recovering and that’s what matters the most! It is going to be a long road to recovery but we have the best support team. The scariest part for Jared and I was being separated after both being airlifted to UCLA. Just a lot of rest and physical therapy ahead for both of us! Jared is the strongest person I know and he will get through this. We still have each other and that’s what matters the most. This could’ve had a completely different outcome and we feel so blessed that it was not any worse."

By including Kevin in the group of recovering survivors, it seems unlikely she is preparing a lawsuit against the comedian as some news outlets have reported.

She continued, "From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU for all of the prayers, phone calls, texts and messages. It means the world to us that we feel so much love and support from you all at this time! I will keep you all updated as we embark on this new journey!"

Victim Undergoes Major Back Surgery...

Rebecca included several photos of Jared, who it seems was injured the most severely in the accident, and video of herself walking on crutches.

Broxterman also included an update from today, and how the couple is dealing with the recovery.

"Feeling so much better! We are both healing! Jared is well on the road to recovery after having major back surgery! We are doing physical therapy together a few times a week!" she wrote.

"Our relationship is stronger than ever and we have so much to be thankful for! Life can take you in many different directions and we are just so happy to be here for it all! We have felt so much love these past 2.5 months and that doesn’t go unnoticed! So thank you to each one of you! This is our journey... it will have ups and it will have downs but we will always have each other. @thejaredstanton I love you so much and am thankful that we are doing life together!" she concluded.

The Massive Accident

As we reported, several months ago Kevin Hart crashed his Plymouth 'Cuda and when it overturned Rebbeca and Jared were trapped inside the vehicle.

According to the CHP at the time, the Broxterman sustained minor injuries, but the 28-year-old Stanton was in airlifted to a UCLA. He also suffered major back injuries.

The crash happened in the early morning hours, just off of Mulholland Highway and the car landed in a ditch near his home in the Calabasas area.

Hart underwent successful back surgery and has since posted a video of his recovery.

Sources close to Hart told The Blast, at the time, "the surgery went smoothly, and he is doing ok." Hart's wife, Eniko, was by his side for the entire hospital stay and updated us as she left the hospital he was doing better.

The Shocking Crash Scene Photos!

Several new reports have said the couple who was riding in the car had lawyered up and were considering suing the comedian. But, it seems from this latest statement that the group are all on good terms.

Although both Hart and Stanton was badly injured in the car accident after surgery both were are able to walk and move their extremities.

Friends and family have sent supportive messages to Rebecca in response to the statement, "You two. You two are so incredibly resilient, kind, wise, and loyal. You two are the only people I’d drive to freakin UCLA, at rush hour, to track down. You two are the only ones I could see in such pain and KNOW you’d be okay. I’m so grateful you’re both still here so that you can continue to brighten the lives of everyone you come into contact with. I keep trying to think of something funny and lighthearted to end this with but I can’t. I’m just thankful," one person wrote.

Jared Stanton has yet to make a statement about the accident.
