Kevin Hart, Nick Jonas to present donations to everyday people on Amazon's 'Regular Heroes'

Everyday people making a difference during the coronavirus pandemic are about to get some help from Kevin Hart and Nick Jonas.

The two celebrities will appear as special guests on "Regular Heroes," an Amazon docuseries about people making an impact in the fight against COVID-19 in their communities.

The comedian and musician will both appear on the eight-episode docuseries to present people with donations of goods, services and more, so they can continue to improve the lives of others in their cities.

"We all celebrate essential workers on the front line of the COVID-19 fight," Hart said in the trailer for the second episode. "They're giving everything that they've got, financially, personally and, in some cases, even risking their lives."

USA TODAY has reached out to Amazon for more details about Hart's and Jonas' appearances.

The series premiered on Amazon Prime Video on May 8, and new episodes will be available every Friday through June 26. Alicia Keys was part of the premiere.

In the first episode, Keys surprised a grocery store owner with a video call, telling him that he would have his pantry fully re-stocked. She also said his kitchen would be equipped with new appliances, including a new commercial oven.
