In the years after her divorce from Dennis Quaid and romances with Russell Crowe and John Mellencamp, Ryan still carried their undeniable chemistry with her.

What makes this romance quite possible in the future is the fact that he’s geographically desirable. He lives in Carpinteria, California and she’s just down the street in Santa Barbara. There are endless opportunities for a Hallmark meet-cute at the coffee shop or bookstore. Ryan is “putting the word out among their mutual friends” just so Costner knows that “when he’s ready to date again” he should “give her a call.”
