Kevin Bacon Secretly Serenades Wife Kyra Sedgwick: 'Happy Valentine's Day, Honey. I Love You'

Kevin Bacon takes the prize for sweetest Valentine’s Day gift!

The 60-year-old actor shared a video of himself singing Joni Mitchell’s “A Case of You” on a ukulele that he said was a gift for his wife, actress Kyra Sedgwick.

“OK, we don’t really do Valentine’s Day in my family so shhh don’t tell Kyra that I got her this little Valentine’s Day present,” Bacon whispered to the camera as he showed off the instrument. “All right? Just keep it quiet, thanks!”

The actor began to sing Mitchell’s 1971 song from her album Blue with his dog, Lilly, slept curled by his feet.

“In my blood like holy wine/taste so bitter and so sweet/I could drink a case of you/Oh, baby/And I would still be on my feet/Still be on my feet,” he sang.

In a whisper, he added, “Happy Valentine’s Day, honey. I love you.”

The secret didn’t last for long as Sedgwick, 53, commented on the video with, “Omgggggggg I love you.”

Their 26-year-old daughter Sosie added the song seemed to be a better fit for him and Lilly.

“I think this song pertains more to your contentious relationship with Lilly than your lovely relationship with @kikkosedg “constantly in the darkness, where’s that at? If you want me I’ll be in the parkkk,”” Sosie wrote in the comments as she added a few more lyrics from Mitchell’s song.

Bacon and Sedwick’s love story has remained strong. The couple celebrated 30 years of marriage in September and gave their fans a treat with a duet of the Bee Gees’ “To Love Somebody,” which they captured on video and shared on Instagram.

“30 years with this amazing woman. She is the music in my life. #luckyguy #tolovesomebody #beegees@kikkosedg,” Bacon wrote in the caption.
