Kevin Bacon Gets ‘Kinky’ With Jimmy Fallon

On The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, Kevin Bacon joined Fallon for “First Drafts of Rock,” where they donned ’70s attire and guitars à la the Kinks. They surprised us with some lyrics that never made it into the Kinks’ famous song “Lola.” This version included some things that might go well with a C-O-L-A cola, like “gorgonzola” and “doughnuts.” Fallon had some difficulty spelling “doughnut.” He gave it a few shots, but the best he could do was spell “Doug.” Bacon sang about the future, saying, “There’s one gadget that I want to own. It comes out in 30 years and it’s a flip phone. Motorola. M-O-R-T-orola.” Fallon sang about Y-O-G-A yoga and Sammy S-O-S-A Sosa. Bacon couldn’t really decide if he’d bought a sweet four-door Toyota Camry or a Corolla.

Kevin Bacon stars in Patriots Day with Mark Wahlberg and John Goodman.

The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon airs weeknights at 11:35 p.m. on NBC.
