Kerry Washington had fans charmed as she danced around in a stunning white gown, seeming to take inspiration from Taylor Swift's The Tortured Poets Department album.

The 47-year-old actress shared a new update on Instagram, showing off her ensemble to attend An Evening with Ezra: a Storytelling and Screening Event in Beverly Hills.

"Hey Siri. Please play Taylor Swift’s 'but daddy i love him,'" she captioned the look, which was a bold white gown from designer Christopher John Rogers that featured a deep V-neck bodice with buttons down to her waist. The flowy skirt had a second layer on the top that added volume and texture.

Along with photos showing off the beautiful outfit, Washington also shared a clip of herself energetically twirling to show off the full dress. The look was reminiscent of Swift's new tour outfit for her TTPD segment of Eras Tour, with a similar structured top and voluminous skirt.

The dress' designer loved seeing Washington model the dress, commenting, "DIVINE," while writer Austin Channing Brown declared, "I don’t know where you’re going but I know you *arrived* honey 😍😍😍."

Fans were equally enamored by the actress, with comments like, "Absolutely flawless! ✨✨✨," "YOU ARE A DREAM IN THIS DRESS🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍," and "Just pure elegance at its all-time high 💝."

"Mother is a SWIFTIEEEEE 🥰🥰🥰," wrote a Swiftie stunned to find out Washington was a fan, as more fans of the singer said, "MY WORLDS COLLIDING OMG THIS IS EVERYTHING," and "SWIFTIE MAMAAAAAA IS THIS YORU FAVE SONG OFF TTPD?"

While attending the Ezra film event in support of the cast, Washington was joined by her Scandal co-star, Tony Goldwyn, who stars in the film, as well as Ezra co-stars Bobby Cannavale and William A. Fitzgerald.
