Yahoo Entertainment Kenny Omega vs. El Hijo del Vikingo Announced For 3/22 AEW Dynamite
All Elite Wrestling has announced a dream match for the March 22 episode of AEW Dynamite.
AEW CEO Tony Khan announced that Kenny Omega will face El Hijo del Vikingo on Wednesday night. The match will mark Vikingo’s AEW debut. He is the reigning AAA Mega Champion, and he has recently competed in the United States for GCW, DEFY, and Warrior Wrestling.

Omega and Vikingo were scheduled to have a match in 2021, but it was canceled; Omega was the reigning AAA Mega Champion, and he relinquished the title because he had to take time off due to a number of injuries.
The Wrestling Observer previously reported that AEW wanted Vikingo for the Face of the Revolution Ladder Match on the March 1 episode of AEW Dynamite, but he was unable to make the show. More information is available here.
