Kendrick Lamar’s Black Panther Album Gets Vinyl Release

Black Panther—the soundtrack album curated and produced by Kendrick Lamar and TDE’s CEO Anthony Tiffith—is getting released on vinyl and cassette. The vinyl comes in a 2xLP set featuring an embossed and numbered lithograph. Both formats are now available to pre-order via the Black Panther online shop. The album features SZA, Vince Staples, the Weeknd, Schoolboy Q, James Blake, and many others. It was recently announced that the score soundtrack to Black Panther, penned by Ludwig Göransson, will be released later this week.

Kendrick has released a new music video for his SZA collaboration, “All the Stars.” He’s set to tour with several of his TDE labelmates, including SZA and Schoolboy Q, beginning in May. First, however, he’s touring Europe with James Blake.
