Kendall Jenner and Hailey Baldwin Were Not Thrilled About Running Into Jordyn Woods at Coachella
Kylie Jenner's ex-best-friend Jordyn Woods was at Coachella this weekend, and so were Kendall Jenner, Kylie Jenner, and Hailey Baldwin. She didn't run into Kylie, but she did have encounters with Baldwin and Kendall that got weird.
Page Six got details on the Kendall encounter. A source told the outlet that Woods had been hanging out with Jaden Smith at the Bootsy Bellows party on Saturday when Kendall arrived with her friends. “They were seated under the same cabana,” an eyewitness told the outlet. “Kendall’s group turned their back toward Jordyn. Jordyn eventually got up and left.”
And paparazzi documented Hailey Baldwin's surprise run-in with Woods on Saturday, as seen above. Woods was in a paisley halter top, behind Baldwin. This shot was taken after their encounter, and Baldwin looks visibly perturbed. Baldwin had just greeted Jaden Smith, who was near Woods, and appeared to acknowledge Woods too in the series of photos taken.
These were Woods's first publicly-documented run-ins with anyone connected to the Kardashian family after her the cheating scandal between her and Khloé Kardashian's ex-boyfriend Tristan Thompson broke. Woods claimed that Thompson just kissed her at a house party he threw during her Red Table Talk interview; the Kardashian family didn't entirely buy it. But whatever happened was enough to cause the family to cut ties with her completely...and make things awkward for any of their friends that see her.
It's clear why Kendall wasn't happy about seeing Woods as Khloé Kardashian's sister. But why would Baldwin really care about the Jordyn Woods drama?
It's because she and Bieber are both close to the Kardashian-Jenners. Baldwin is particularly tight with Kendall Jenner and has appeared on Kendall's radio show Zaza World Radio as a guest. Then, she spoke about what Kendall's like in relationships, giving the world a glimpse at how well she knows the model.
"When Kendall loves, she loves super hard and I think that's a great quality," Baldwin said, via E!. "I think that she is a great girlfriend and I would know, because we dated. Just kidding. But I've just seen her go, you know, go through her different experiences in relationships, and I feel like people, because we've never really talked about it, people don't understand it, so like ... they may have this idea and perception in their mind that you know, you kind of maybe just like...throw people in the trash. It's not the truth. She doesn't like to waste time, I don't think that that's a bad thing."

While Kylie was at the festival too, she wasn't photographed around Woods. The last real update on their friendship status was about a month ago, when TMZ reported that they were best friends no longer. Kylie was not impressed with Woods's Red Table Talk interview, which made the billionaire "more steadfast than ever that Jordyn wronged Khloe...and their friendship would never be the same," the outlet wrote. But Kylie could make amends someday. The outlet reported she is "open to being amicable" with Woods in the future although their BFF days are over.
