The guy who trespassed onto Kendall Jenner‘s property multiple times was sentenced to six months behind bars for trespassing but he’s already been released.

John Ford was found guilty on two counts of trespassing last month and given 180 days in county jail and three years of probation. Ford had been in custody since last year while the court determined whether or not he was mentally competent.

He served 90 days of the 180 behind bars and was given credit for time served and released. Ford was ordered to stay 150 yards away from Kendall Jenner — and 1,000 yards away from her home — and the remaining charges against him were dismissed.

As The Blast first reported, Jenner filed for a restraining order against Ford last October after he was arrested and charged with trespassing and violating a criminal protective order.

Jenner had claimed that Ford broke onto her property three other times, including an arrest on September 1, 2018 where he spent three days behind bars after pleading guilty to trespassing.

In her restraining order, Kendall Jenner said, “There is absolutely no reason for him to be contacting me or coming to my home … The fact that he has continued to come to my home — despite all my efforts to get him to stop — scares me.”

Ford was ultimately ordered to stay at least 100 yards away from Jenner for the next five years, as well as not go near her house. He is not allowed to have any direct or indirect contact with her either.
