I just feel extremely lucky to have even been considered for this job as a non-broadcaster.”
Bialik and Jennings had dual hosting roles during a rough period in Jeopardy! history, after cycling through a series of guest hosts and executive producer Mike Richards briefly being installed (and then ousted one episode in) as the show’s showrunner and host. Sony has since confirmed that Jennings will assume sole syndicated episode hosting duties, and that Bialik would continue to work on the show’s primetime specials.
