Could this celebrity be ready for Swan Lake? Maybe not, but Kelly Ripa showed off her ballet skills on Instagram and we’re genuinely in awe of her. The Live! With Kelly & Ryan co-host shared the image yesterday and received a number of comments praising her amateur skill and strength.

The post features Ripa, wearing a loose tank top and gray sweatpants on point in front of a full length mirror. The former All My Children actress is holding her pose strong while wearing point shoes with her arms by her side. “Practice makes……um…….something,” Ripa began to caption her post. “Join #kellyandryan #guinessworldrecordattemptmost #balletdancers #enpointe simultaneously,” Ripa finished the post followed by a number of emojis including a pin point, tack and an exclamation point, among others.

The comments Ripa received were extremely supportive, especially from fellow celebs. “I can’t stop looking at those arms,” wrote CNN contributor Bianna Golodryga. “What kind of magic is happening in this picture?!? You are incredible,” Jessica Capshaw commented. Lisa Rinna might have put it best, saying, “Holy Cow!” But the best comment and show of support came from Ripa’s husband, Mark Consuelos. “Reason 1001 why….” Consuelos wrote, followed by three heart emojis.

Just a few weeks ago, Ripa shared another photo on Instagram proving that the Live! host definitely had the dancing bug when she was young. Ripa posted a picture of her younger self from the ’70s in her dance costume complete with long, braided pigtails. “#tbt the 70’s Dance 10 looks 3………👯‍♀️👯‍♂️👯‍♀️👯‍♂️👯‍♀️ #achorusline,” she captioned the photo. If the recent post is any proof, Ripa’s skills have definitely come a long way.
