Kelly Ripa Show Off Towering Christmas Tree at NYC Home and Mark Consuelos Approves: ‘Dressed to Impress’

The couple's showstopping evergreen reaches all the way to the ceiling

Kelly Ripa and husband Mark Consuelos are known for going big with their holiday decor — and this year is no different.

The Live with Kelly and Mark hosts unveiled their showstopping Christmas tree,  which reaches all the way to the ceiling, in a joint Instagram post Saturday.

“She’s dressed to impress,” Ripa, 53, captioned the festive photo.

“She looks nice babe!” Consuelos, 52, wrote.

Celebrity commenters praised the meticulously decorated evergreen, too.

“​​She’s GORGEOUS,” Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Lisa Rinna wrote.

Orange Is the New Black alum Uzo Aduba agreed, writing, “Absolutely beautiful!!!!!”

Last year, Ripa revealed that the branches of the couple’s tree boasted a "33 year ornament collection.”

She gave an up-close look at the family heirlooms in her Instagram Story, while "Carol of the Bells" played in the background.

Some of the adornments featured photos of their three children — Michael, 26, Lola, 22, and Joaquin, 20  — while other mementos included a margarita ornament and one with the Union Jack flag.

Ripa recently shared another part of the family’s holiday plans this year. Ahead of Thanksgiving, she announced there would be a “no phone” policy at the dinner table.

“You know what I’m doing?” she told her husband on an episode of Live that aired the day before Thanksgiving when discussing their kids coming home for the occasion. “I’m taking out the basket. I didn’t want to do it but I’m going to be forced to do it. I’ve got a phone basket.”

“I don’t want to create anxiety at the table," she added. "I want them to know that they’re there and that they’re safe. It’s just for this one meal.”

“Or it could be like, ‘You want your phone back? How are your grades? What are you doing after college? What are your plans?’” Consuelos joked.

The empty nesters' youngest child, Joaquin, left for college at the University of Michigan in 2021. Lola, who graduated from New York University in May, has lived at home on-and-off during her college years, while Michael is a budding actor who has worked on several Bravo shows.

The couple got into the holiday spirit early, joining Priyanka Chopra Jonas and other friends for a pre-Thanksgiving dinner two weeks ago.

On Nov. 22, Chopra’s manager Anjula Acharia shared a selfie of her, Chopra, Ripa, Consuelos and other stars as they hosted a dinner in New York City for the Citadel actress.

“We had such a warm and wonderful night hosting our girl @priyankachopra being in town with friends and family ♥️,” Acharia wrote in the caption, also tagging Huma Abedin, Kal Penn, Sarita Choudhury, Jay Sean, Thara Natalie and Furhan Ahmad.

Ripa reshared the photo on her own Instagram Story, with a sticker that read: “Squad Goals.”
