Kelly Ripa has revealed that she's tee-total. The "Live! With Kelly and Ryan" host made the reveal on Monday's episode of her popular talk show, also getting fans talking as the date she mentioned for her alcohol quit coincided with Ryan Seacrest joining her as co-host.

Kelly, 49, was discussing the news of declining wine sales in 2019. The star's quick wit was manifesting, with Kelly even joking that her own avoidance of alcohol had contributed to the dwindling sales.

Well, if you go by Kelly's take.

“They’re saying that Americans bought less wine last year. It’s the first drop in a quarter of a century. Now, I believe this is because I quit drinking, that I caused this dip. I have influenced the market," the star said.

“I’m not saying I’ve driven people [out of drinking alcohol], I’m saying I stopped buying wine and there’s a … dip," she added.

Kelly held back on outlining exactly why she'd given up the booze. Ryan's response then led to an amusing back-and-forth.

Ryan: 'I Started The Show And She Quit Drinking. What Does That Tell You?'

Ryan Seacrest joined "Live" in 2017 following the departure of Michael Strahan.

The 45-year-old host and producer did chime in, though, stating.

"I started the show and she quit drinking. What does that tell you?"

Kelly then replied by saying: "Exactly...it's amazing."

Ryan and Kelly's joint presence on "Live" has already made headlines this year. Earlier this month, a video of Ryan falling out of his chair on set went viral. Kelly and Ryan then both took to social media to share the hilarious fail.

No Alcohol, But This Woman Might Single-Handedly Be Driving The Coffee Industry

Wine, vodka, and tequila might be off the cards for Kelly, but there's one beverage that definitely gets consumed by the talk show host – coffee.

"I make a “Bullet Coffee” at home in the morning — it’s coffee, two shots of espresso and a tablespoon of ghee and then a packet of collagen powder. Ryan’s girlfriend got me hooked on it and I just sort of believe that if I drink it every day, my hair will be as thick as hers," Kelly told The Cut in 2019.

"Then I blend it all together and have this frosty thick beverage. I have a Starbucks latte when I get to Live. Then I will have a half a coffee after the show wraps. I have a great energy level. I don’t nap, and I fear that if I did nap it would probably make me stay awake all night," she added.

A High-Alkaline Diet That 'Changed Her Life'

Kelly's super-tiny silhouette is a talking point for her fans. The star has a teeny tiny waistline and a slender frame, and 2015 saw Kelly reveal that she was feeding her body with high-alkaline foods.

“It has changed my life, it’s changed the whole way I think about food,” she said.

The diet is rich in produce such as beets, broccoli, cucumbers, and kale. It also involves avoiding acidic foods such as yogurt, sugar, and fish.
