The on-air cohosts and real-life spouses gushed over their pal who is "made of silk and cashmere."

Rested and reared to go after their Thanksgiving break, Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos — morning TV's horniest co-hosting couple — is back at it, and this time, they're thirsting over the smooth touch of longtime media personality Bryant Gumbel.

Ripa and Consuelos kicked off Tuesday's episode of Live With Kelly & Mark attempting to warm up the brisk November air surrounding their New York City studio.

"He is human cashmere, he is cashmere in a human being," Ripa said of the 75-year-old, as the pair transitioned to their guest segment, before trailing off while reminiscing about feeling the Real Sports host's hands backstage.

“Very soft hands. I rubbed his hands,” Consuelos said, which prompted Ripa to turn to the audience and urge them to get in on the action. “When he comes out, I highly encourage any of you in the front row, certainly, just try to grab him and feel for yourself," she said. "The man is made of silk and cashmere."

After Gumbel took his seat next to Ripa and Consuelos, Ripa continued praising him directly to his face.

"You make me sound like a privileged kid. I'm not" Gumbel said.

"I'm just saying, since you hit it big, you've taken immaculate care of yourself," Ripa responded. "You clearly bathe in olive oil."

Gumbel's hands are the latest in a growing line of titillating bodily elements that have popped up on recent Live broadcasts, after Ripa and Consuelos traded on-air foot massages over the summer and reflected on each other's naked figures in September.
