You're used to morning television's horniest hosts getting spicy (rubbing each other's bare feet, wrestling in skintight singlets, etc.) on Live, but Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos are now cautioning audiences about the dangers of getting (literal) spice on your penis.

The celebrity couple began Wednesday's episode of their long-running talk show with a chat about people who use peppers as a cosmetic quick fix to plump up their lips — which Consuelos cautioned against.

"Once you touch these things, and you touch something else... very irritating," he said. "It can be very, very dangerous," he said.

"Yes, remember when Kyle made his guacamole and accidentally touched the spicy peppers?" Ripa asked, to which Consuelos replied, "And then he touched his no-no place."

Ripa repeated that the poor soul had indeed "touched his no-no place" after handling some peppers, as if to stress the terrors ahead for anyone daring to attempt the feat.

"That was the day the barbecue was canceled," Ripa said, before Consuelos swiftly extinguished the topic.

Though his impact on the live broadcast was brief yet powerful, Ripa did not elaborate on the identity of the Kyle in question. When reached for comment, a representative for the show told EW that Kyle is a friend of the couple.
