Kelly Clarkson Teases Behind the Scenes of Her New Talk Show

Kelly Clarkson is giving fans a behind-the-scenes look at her highly-anticipated talk show, saying she is “excited” for the launch next month.

The singer posted a video of her on the set of “The Kelly Clarkson Show,” where she walked around with crew members as they continue to prep for the September 9 premiere.

In the video, Clarkson pans around her brand-new set, showing the gorgeous space where she will soon get her Oprah on and interview guests.

The video shows Clarkson will also have a house band that will play her intro and outros.

The singer is clearly stoked about her show, repeating she is “excited” numerous times throughout the clip. She said, "Nobody asked me to do this, I’m just excited.”

Clarkson asked fans, “Don’t you want to come here? Doesn’t it feel like home?”

She joked at the end, “I have a show. they ran out of everyone to ask. It’s fine … this is exciting. Very exciting. Hope I don’t suck!”

The singer, who currently judges on NBC’s "The Voice," launches her daytime show next month. The details of her show have been kept under wraps for months with only limited previews being released.

Sources close to production tell The Blast that everyone is very excited for Kelly and she has been a joy to work with.

The show is going full force with NBCUniversal locking down 200-plus stations for the launch of "The Kelly Clarkson Show," meaning it will air in 99% of the country. She will be the lead-in for "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" in most markets.

NBC announced the show stating, “In each episode, audiences will experience an hour full of remarkable stories, celebrity guests, spontaneous surprises, humor, heart and, of course, good music! It’s like a weekday brunch party with a fascinating guest list of people who would otherwise never meet."
