Kelly Clarkson enlisted the help of America Ferrera and Celine Dion, to surprise a group of music teachers on her talk show.
On her second episode, Clarkson surprised teachers who were at Universal Studios in Hollywood.
The talk show host stopped the tram ride, that was in progress on the backlot. She then took over the ride to take the teachers on a special tour.
The first stop was a tour of the set of NBC’s show “Superstore”. The cast included Ferrera, Lauren Ash, Colton Dunn and Ben Feldman. On the show set they were gifted Lumi Keys for their students.
She also took time out to talk to each teacher. Clarkson got personal with them, asking what inspired them to become a teacher.
Clarkson concluded the tour with one last stop to her talk show set, where John Legend was waiting. She then continued interviewing the teachers in front of her studio audience.
One of the teachers told a story about how Celine Dion changed his life. Dion then appeared via a video message. She surprised the teacher with tickets to her upcoming concert.
The last surprise came from Clarkson announcing her partnership with Norwegian Cruise Line. The president of the company, Andy Stuart, came on stage revealing their new ship named ‘Norwegian Encore’. Clarkson was then named the Godmother to the ship.
She then announced to the teachers they were getting an all-expense paid cruise on the new ship. They all jumped for joy as confetti fell down.
Clarkson’s talk show premiered this week with it starting off with actor Steve Carell, recreating his famous movie line.
Her first guest was The Rock, who stepped him for Kevin Hart following his car crash.
Sources tell us, Clarkson is set to have an "American Idol" reunion with Simon Cowell, Paula Abdul and Randy Jackson joining her on a show soon.
