Keke Palmer Accuses Ex Darius Jackson Of Domestic Violence, Granted Temporary Restraining Order

Keke Palmer has filed a restraining order against ex-boyfriend Darius Jackson and is seeking full custody of their infant son. According to court documents obtained by Access Hollywood, the "Nope" star accused Jackson of domestic violence, claiming he abused her physically and emotionally throughout their two-year relationship. Reps for Palmer and Jackson did not immediately respond to a request for comment when contacted by Access. A judge granted Palmer's restraining order and custody request on Nov. 10 and a hearing is scheduled for Dec. 5, Access confirms. In her filing, the actress claims that her and Jackson's relationship ended "once and for all" in early October and that he entered her home without her consent weeks later and allegedly assaulted her in footage captured in surveillance video. Screenshots of the alleged incident were included in the legal docs. "He was yelling, leaning into me, getting into my face," Palmer claimed of Jackson in part. "At that point, he lunged at me, grabbing at my neck and face, knocked me backwards over the couch, stole my phone out of my hands, and then ran out of the house." Following news of Palmer's restraining order, Jackson took to social media with a photo of his and the "Hustlers" star's 8-month-old, Leo. "I love you son," he wrote. "See you soon." Palmer additionally declared in her filing that she feared for her and Leo's safety amid Jackson's alleged actions, which she claimed included him destroying her personal property and becoming "violently jealous and irrationally angry."
