Country superstar Keith Urban is playing a pop-up show in Dallas this weekend in celebration of his new song with “Yellowstone” star Lainey Wilson.

Urban announced on social media Thursday morning that he’s playing the pop-up show at Club Dada in Dallas on Friday night. Tickets for the show at the 400-person capacity venue have sold out.

The show comes on the same day that Urban and Wilson released their single, “GO HOME W U.” Urban wrote on social media that despite Wilson being in Europe on tour, he wanted to celebrate the single by playing it live.

@laineywilson‘s killing it over in Europe right now but I wanted to celebrate the release of “GO HOME W U” in a setting that is perfect for the song and feels very familiar to HOW I GOT HERE ! Playing in clubs and dive bars,” Urban wrote on social media.

The Dallas show fits into Urban’s schedule nicely, as he was already set to be in Texas for the iHeartCountry Festival in Austin on Saturday.

Beyond a performance at the 58th Academy of Country Music Awards ceremony in Frisco last year, Urban last played a show in North Texas in 2022. Urban took the Dickies Arena stage in Fort Worth in October 2022 in support of his “The Speed of Now World Tour”.

The New Zealand-born Australian singer, 56, has been cranking out country music hits since the early 1990s. Urban released his latest album, “The Speed of Now Part 1,” in 2020.

Wilson, 31, hails from Louisiana and entered the country music scene in the 2010s.

She has released four albums to date, with her latest coming in 2022 titled, “Bell Bottom Country.” Along with music, Wilson is also known for starring in several episodes of “Yellowstone”.

Wilson appeared in four episodes of “Yellowstone” season 5 as Abby, an aspiring country singer who strikes up a relationship with Dutton Ranch hand, Ryan (Ian Bohen).
