Keeping Up With The Kardashian Sisters' Love Lives
Kim Kardashian is already on her third marriage, Khloe has been divorced once, and Kourtney had a long term relationship with the father of her three children, however they broke up in the end.
Things have never been smooth sailing for the three Kardashian sisters, and much of their dramatic relationship history has been documented on Keeping Up With The Kardashians as well as in the media.
Why is it that none of them are able to hold down a steady relationship?
Kim's Many Marriages
At just 19 years old, Kim married music producer Damon Thomas in 2000. However, unsurprisingly, the marriage was short-lived, and Damon filed for divorce just three years later. Kim later claimed she was high on ecstasy during the ceremony. So, there's that.
By May 2011, Kim found love again and became engaged to NBA player Kris Humphries. Their wedding aired on Keeping Up With The Kardashians in a two-part special. However, in one of the shortest marriages ever, even by Hollywood standards, Kim and Kris filed for divorce just 72 days later. Unfortunately for Kim, this short-lived marriage went down in celebrity pop culture history, with many people mocking it, and some even claiming it was fake.
Her most recent marriage to Kanye West in 2014 lends some truth to the third time being the charm, but we'll have to wait and see.
Khloe's Messy Divorce And Cheating Scandals
Unfortunately for Khloe Kardashian, she hasn't been lucky in love, and has suffered through quite a bumpy ride in the last few years.
Always feeling like the ugly duckling in her family, it seemed as if she finally got her happily ever after when she married Los Angeles Lakers basketball player Lamar Odom in 2009. However, by July 2015, the two had signed divorce papers pending approval from a judge. Later that same year, Lamar was found unconscious from a drug overdose in a Nevada brothel, and the two were not officially divorced until 2016.
Finding out your ex overdosed in a brothel is not exactly the kind of phone call anyone wants to receive.
Khloe went through another public cheating scandal with boyfriend Tristan Thompson right before the birth of their daughter True, and by February 2019 they were officially done. It was later reported that Tristan had cheated with Kylie Jenner's best friend Jordan Woods. Ouch!
Let's hope Khloe finds someone who truly deserves her in the future.
Kourtney Has Never Married
While Kourtney Kardashian has never been married, you could say she has also had a slightly easier time than her sisters, though that isn't saying much.
She dated Scott Disick on and off from 2006 to 2015, after meeting at a mutual friend's house party in Mexico. Their tumultuous relationship has been shown throughout Keeping Up With The Kardashians. The on-again, off-again couple have welcomed three children together, all of which have been featured on the show.
Kourtney has most recently dated Younes Bendjima, and Scott has moved on with Sofia Richie who is 15 years younger than him. I don't sense any more relationship drama coming up for these two in the future, do you? (Raises eyebrows)
While their show may be called Keeping Up With The Kardashians, It can be pretty difficult to keep up with the Kardashian's love lives, especially when you throw their mother, brother, and two half-sisters love lives into the mix.
Cheating scandals, multiple divorces, multiple children, many boyfriends, and enormous, million-dollar weddings, it's no wonder this family got their own reality show. Most people don't have this much drama throughout their entire lives.
In the end, though, the most important thing is that this family has each other, and they have proved that throughout the 18 seasons of their show.
