On Thursday, May 9, the Vanderpump Rules cast member posted an Instagram photo of her and Ann’s glorious reunion. The two stepped out to support Ariana Madix’s footwear partnership with DSW, which hosted an intimate celebratory dinner at The Peninsula Beverly Hills hotel. The image showed Katie and Ann posing side-by-side at the event with the latter holding up a peace sign.

The elaborate party was held about a month after Ariana launched a 60-day collaboration with DSW. Curated by Ariana, the collection will consist of over 30 spring-ready shoes that range from $37 to $120. We’re talking everything from sneakers and high heels to strappy sandals and flip-flops to slides and loafers.

Ann showed up to the event rocking one of the Ariana x DSW offerings: a pair of black, pointed-toe Nalyce pumps from Jessica Simpson’s namesake brand.

“Got my amazing ARIANA x DSW shoes on and I’m so stoked. LOVE them!!!” Ann captioned a video on the night of the event. “The shoes are a hit and I’m also in heaven.”

Ann also shared a look at the party’s gorgeous tablescape, the mouth-watering steak dinner, and the next-level signage. Other attendees included Vanderpump Rules alum Dayna Kathan and Farrah Brittany, the oldest daughter of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’ Kyle Richards.

Fans were introduced to Ann at the beginning of Vanderpump Rules Season 11 when she worked as Tom’s personal assistant. One of her duties was being a mediator between the bitter exes, who split in 2023 after Tom’s admitted infidelity. Ann spoke about her experience in an April interview with The Daily Dish, explaining why she didn’t immediately quit after the scandal.

“Is it that weird to want to find a new job before leaving your old job? I thought this was normal,” she said. “I’ve been told in the state of California, you can’t collect unemployment if you quit your job. Los Angeles is pretty expensive… I don’t have parents to lean on like a lot of people do. My dad passed away and I have an estranged relationship with my mother who lives in Japan. I don’t have a backup plan. If I don’t pay rent I can’t just ‘go home.’”

Ann eventually parted ways with Tom during Vandperump Rules Season 11 and was subsequently hired to work at Something About Her — Katie and Ariana’s long-awaited sandwich shop.

“I am very excited about my new job at Something About Her,” she said via email. “Ariana and Katie are the best bosses a girl can ask for! [I] can’t wait to ‘break bread’ with all the lovely fans of VPR at the sandwich shop. See you soon!”

Something About Her is set to open on May 22.
