Katie Lowes and Adam Shapiro celebrated their 10-year wedding anniversary with a bit of nostalgia — and some laughs.

The Scandal alum joined Ryan Seacrest as guest co-host for Monday's episode of Live with Kelly and Ryan and shared with the audience that she and Shapiro recently celebrated a milestone anniversary.

"The week we were having our 10-year wedding anniversary, I was like, 'Oh my Gosh, it's our 10-year wedding anniversary, you know what we should do? Try on our wedding outfits,'" she said on the morning show, adding that while they'd only been married 10 years, they've been together for 16.

Lowes, 39, then hilariously pulled out the photo evidence of her and Shapiro trying on their wedding looks — and pulling some funny faces. Lowes then noted that her husband's pants "wouldn't close." She also added, "Obviously I was a much smaller-chested person and hadn't fed two children."

The Inventing Anna star repeated that "nothing closed," which made the adventure all the more funny.

Lowes and Shapiro married on June 23, 2012, and celebrated their anniversary with a vow renewal as well. The actress said on Live with Kelly and Ryan that they re-created their wedding — which was at a sleepaway camp — for this ceremony. The celebration in their backyard was totally spontaneous, she said, adding that she "planned nothing."

To commemorate it all, she said they tried to get a picture of the whole family of four — including their kids Albee, 4, and Vera, 1 — which she called a "joke."

They welcomed their daughter, Vera, in the midst of the pandemic in late 2020, which she previously told Seacrest was especially hard. She made an appearance on the show in 2021 and opened up about what the pregnancy had been like.

While she admitted that it felt "horrible" and "stressful," Lowes remained positive considering the circumstances. "I think most people are trying to focus on the things they're grateful for: their health, their family, extra time with their loved ones," she said at the time. "Also, I'm just trying to stay chill, 'cause there's a baby in there and I'm like, 'Let's not get so stressed.' "

Vera was born in November, and Lowes and Shapiro have apparently already decided that their family is complete. In yet another visit with Seacrest, she said, "This is No. 2, and then the shop is closed."
