Katie Holmes is reviving this vintage hairstyle, and we’re obsessed (and calling our hairdressers)!
On Dec 26, the Dawson’s Creek alum was spotted rocking a new style that everyone is itching to recreate. While we adore her ensemble, the star of her new look was her hair transformation. If you haven’t seen the viral pics, check them out below (and see what all the hype is about):

Remember when everyone rocked the side-swept bangs in the early 2000s and then again in the early 2010s? Well, thanks to Ms. Holmes, the side-swept bangs are making a comeback, and she’s making them look as fabulous and as chic as ever! Along with the sudden hair transformation, she’s rocking a black turtleneck, a gray trench coat, wide-legged blue jeans, and a red Le Petit Patou Bag.
But back to her hair: while Holmes has stayed true to her darker locks, she’s not afraid to experiment with different lengths, bangs, and styles over the years. But we’re kind of obsessed with the vintage look making a comeback!
In a previous interview with Elle, the mom-of-one talked about how she loves to experiment with her looks, even while on the go. “I try lots of different things. I’m not scared of certain looks,” she said. “[But] I really feel like if you don’t feel comfortable, don’t do it. You should wear what you feel comfortable with, and be confident in yourself, and know that what you like is enough, and you look great and own it.”
