Katie Couric has more fond — and intimate — memories of Bob Saget than most.

The former Today co-anchor revealed to the late comic's wife Kelly Rizzo and Full House costar John Stamos that she and Saget — who died in January 2022 at age 65 — once enjoyed a romantic evening together.

“I really liked him. I found him so cute and funny and amusing,” the broadcaster, 66, said on the latest episode of her Next Question with Katie Couric podcast.

“And I did think we shared a pretty nice kiss in the foyer of my apartment,” she added.

Rizzo — who tied the knot with Saget in 2018 — told the host, "He always thought you were lovely. He was a big fan. He adored you.”

“Well, not enough to call me again,” Couric joked. “But that’s OK because it all worked out.”

“He found the love of his life with you,” she told Rizzo, 44.

After joining the episode, Stamos divulged more details about the host's short-lived romance with his Full House costar.

“Katie, if you and I went out instead of you and Bob, we'd probably still be dating,” he joked.

“What was Bob thinking?” quipped Rizzo.

“Out of me, Coulier, and Saget, you could have started with me,” the Full House alum said, to which Couric replied, “Well, you didn’t ask, John,” then added, “I don’t think you were available at the time.”

The Scream Queens alum, 60, said he remembers chatting with Saget about the date. “I think he was intimidated by you,” he told Couric.

“I used to have to Cyrano him,” he continued. “Like, I would tell him what to text and what to say, and what to do on these dates.”

While preparing the comedian for with his date with Couric, the actor said he remembers texting him: “Don't blow it. Act smart around Katie. She's a very intelligent woman. She’s not just beautiful. Be careful, Bob.”

After mentioning the kiss once more, Couric shared that Saget was a "good kisser" — “as Kelly knows."

“I know too,” Stamos said. “There are three of us here that have kissed him.”

“We were like [an] old married couple,” Stamos added of his friendship with the late comedian. “We didn’t have sex and we argued a lot.”

Stamos divulged more about his relationship with Saget in his memoir If You Would Have Told Me, which he said he was inspired to write after penning a heartfelt speech for Saget's memorial service.

While discussing the book, the actor told PEOPLE that he does everything he can to keep his late friend’s memory alive.

"I talk about him all the time," he said. "You know that movie Coco, where they say, 'You have to keep talking about the people that are dead or they'll die again up there,' or whatever. Put pictures up. I talk about him all the time."

"And if I don't, I can hear him complaining up there," he added. "But that's the way I've kept him alive."
