Kathy and Richard Hilton's Sweetest Moments with Their Grandkids

The longterm couple has seven grandchildren between their kids Paris, Nicky and Barron Hilton — with another one on the way

With 44 years of marriage and four adult kids under their belts, Kathy and Richard (Rick) Hilton are enjoying every minute of the next chapter in their lives: being grandparents.

The two welcomed their first granddaughter back in 2016 when their daughter Nicky Hilton — who's married to financier James Rothschild — gave birth to Lily-Grace Victoria on July 8. She then followed up with daughter Theodora (Teddy) Marilyn who was born on Dec. 20, 2017.

Their son, Barron Hilton II and his wife Tessa welcomed daughter Milou Alizée Hilton on March 11, 2020. Both Nicky and Tessa brought two boys into the world in 2022. Barron and Tessa welcomed their second child, a boy named Caspian Barron on Sept. 4, while Nicky welcomed her first son, whose name is yet to be revealed.

As seen on her reality show Paris in Love Kathy and Rick got the surprise of a lifetime when Paris Hilton revealed she had welcomed her first son Phoenix Reum via surrogate on Jan. 16, 2023. The "Stars Are Blind" singer and her husband Carter Reum then added to the brood with their newborn daughter, London Reum as well.

The Hilton family continues to grow as Barron and Tessa also have another bun in the oven, expected next year.

Kathy and Tessa and little Milou were super colorful while dressed up for a fun Easter photoshoot earlier this year.

Itsy, Bitsy Songstresses

Nicky Hilton's daughters Lily-Grace and Teddy gave their papa and grandma a cute serenade of the "Itsy, Bitsy Spider," back in 2020. "Our precious Lily Grace and Teddy 💕💕 Too cute not to share," Kathy wrote on Instagram.

Drummin' Along

The proud papa and one of his grandsons take turns making music on a drum.

One Big Happy Family

Rick and Kathy are happy to get a visit from Nicky and her daughters, as well as a Barron, Tessa and a tuckered-out Milou.

Grandma's Little Helper

It looks like Kathy had the most adorable little helper around as little Lily-Grace helped her grandma set up for Teddy's baby shower back in 2017.

"My two little ballerina girls Lily-Grace and Theodora Marilyn! I love them so much 💓," Kathy swooned under this cute pic of the big sis Lily-Grace planting a smooch on her baby sister's head.

Story Time with Papa

An attentive Milou and her dad gleefully look on as Rick reads the little tot a bedtime story. "I just love reading bedtime stories to Milou," Rick wrote.

A Dog Show Jaunt

Rick and Lily-Grace were pictured enjoying a dog show at Arthur Ashe Stadium back in May.
