Kate Wasserbach Moore is officially a mom!

The celebrity designer, 32, and husband Travis Moore have welcomed their first baby together, the new mom revealed on Instagram Wednesday.

Daughter Carson Annet Moore was born on Tuesday, Nov. 28, the new mom shared.

"Joining us on her expected due date - and a full moon - we knew she was going to be something special.. But never in my wildest dreams could I ever imagine just how special someone can be. I have never seen anything more beautiful in my entire life. I am overwhelmed by a love I never knew existed and a blessing so immense," she captioned photos from her little girl's first hours in the world.

The designer also celebrated the special bond her husband and baby girl will share, writing, "Trav whispered in Carson’s ear the night she was born 'go easy on me' - after he just experienced the best heartbreak a father can have… the birth of his daughter."

"Thank God for little girls, and thank you, Carson, for choosing us. We will continue to be a puddle over you 💌."

Finding out about her baby on the way was "one of the most magical moments of my life," Wasserbach Moore told PEOPLE in August.

"By divine intervention, I was 'tipped off' that I was pregnant from my grandmother. At the time, she was on her deathbed," Wasserbach Moore shared. "Amidst her delicate state, she spoke of 'the baby' and thoughtfully disclosed her secret savings of $20, securely tucked away in a coin purse beside her bed, meant for the 'newborn baby.'"

The designer, who was trying to conceive with her husband at the time, was so moved that she went home to take a pregnancy test. "Sure enough, the result was nothing short of miraculous — it was positive," she said. Although her grandmother wasn't able to hear the news personally, Wasserbach Moore said, "it leaves me great comfort that she knew before me."

As for her husband, Wasserbach Moore told PEOPLE that "becoming parents was a natural and heartfelt dream for both of us." As high school sweethearts, she said they "shared this unspoken understanding that our journey together would eventually lead to the joys of parenthood."

"Trav will be the best dad. Seeing Travis as a soon-to-be father fills my heart with immense joy. I know in my soul that he will infuse our little one's life with boundless love, happiness and a sense of incredible luck that he is his (or hers!), just as he has done for me throughout our relationship," she said of Moore.
