Kate Middleton had an extra pair of hands on Christmas.

Following tradition, the British royal family headed to church on Christmas Day and greeted members of the public following the service. As they wished everyone a happy holiday, the royals accepted small gifts such as flowers from the well-wishers.

As seen in a video shared on X, Princess Kate was approached by Zara and Mike Tindall's 9-year-old daughter, Mia. The Princess of Wales then headed the young royal a bouquet of red roses that she had been holding, prompting a big smile from Mia.

Princess Charlotte, 8, also had her hands full of bouquets and small gifts. When someone in the crowd said, "Charlotte, these are for you," she asked her mom, "Can you take this from me?" and gave her a single red flower so she could accept another bouquet.

"Got a spare hand now," Princess Kate said.

In another video of the Christmas outing that has amassed over 3 million views on TikTok, Prince Louis gave a small wave to the crowd before his big brother, Prince George, came over to show him a teddy bear he had received.

When Mia noticed a member of the crowd was trying to give Princess Charlotte a bouquet, she got her cousin's attention. Charlotte then said something to Mia, who came over to take the flowers with a smile.

Mia's close bond with her cousins was apparent, from walking hand-in-hand with Prince Louis to the church service to chatting with Princess Charlotte after mass.

Prince George, 10, was also spotted walking with Zara and Mike, Mia's parents. As seen in a YouTube video shared by Callan Taverner, Zara affectionately stroked George's head and put her arm around his shoulder as they chatted. In another sweet moment, Mike put an arm around the future monarch and pulled him in close.

In 2021, Prince William shared his favorite Christmas traditions while appearing on a radio show, including seeing his children spend time with their relatives.

"For me, generally, bringing the family together at Christmastime is always lovely because we're quite spread out doing our things a lot of time throughout the year. We get very few moments to actually come together," the Prince of Wales, 41, said. "When I see my children meet up with my cousin's children, and they all have a wonderful time playing together, it's very special. I look forward to that a lot."
