As Kate Middleton’s Photoshop debacle continues to unravel, some have been wondering how her estranged sister-in-law, Meghan Markle, feels about the situation.

The Princess of Wales, 42, was admitted to the hospital for a planned abdominal surgery in January. She hasn’t been undertaking any official royal engagements as she continues to recover.

Conspiracies over her whereabouts have flooded social media in recent weeks, and to add to fuel to the fire, Middleton shared a photo of herself and her kids — Prince George, 10, Princess Charlotte, 8, and Prince Louis, 5 — that was chock-full of editing mistakes.

The Associated Press and other news agencies even pulled the snap from their library over fears that it was “manipulated.”

Royal expert Ian Pelham Turner told Fox News recently that all Markle, 42, and her husband, Prince Harry, need to do right now is to “keep a dignified silence.”

“They release a statement which would say all people can make mistakes in their lives, but they wish a speedy recovery for the Princess of Wales,” he said.

“Meghan and Harry may use the situation to support their claims while they feel sympathy. It recognizes as well that not all is what it seems in the House of Windsor.”

“The King” author Christopher Andersen also gave his two cents about the Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s possible reaction to the Middleton photo fiasco.

He noted that the “Suits” alum must “be incredibly conflicted about all the incoming heat Kate and the royals are taking.”

“On one hand, Meghan had to be sympathetic about all the stress Kate is going through as she copes with a serious medical issue. On the other hand, the palace media machine has never been more exposed for what it is: a complete mess, a total disaster,” the royal expert added.

Andersen then offered that Markle and Middleton share a similar bond at this present moment, as the Duchess of Cambridge is currently struggling with the media and the former actress has often received negative press.

“Meghan and Harry know what it’s like to wake up and see those screaming tabloid headlines targeting them for one thing or another,” he divulged. “In [the couple’s] case, they were pilloried for, among other things, saying too much. In the royal family’s case, it’s for not saying enough about the medical crisis being faced by Kate … all this uncalled-for secrecy feeds the public’s distrust of the monarchy and, by extension, the royal family itself.”

“It’s all gotten so out of hand,” Andersen revealed, adding that this was an “I told you so” moment for Markle.

Harry and Markle opted to leave the royal family in 2020 due to constant public scrutiny and moved to Montecito, Calif.

Middleton’s exact illness has yet to be revealed. After she posted her family photo in honor of UK’s Mother’s Day, she released an apology.

After she posted the pic, she took the blame for the mistakes on X (formerly known as Twitter).

“Like many amateur photographers, I do occasionally experiment with editing. I wanted to express my apologies for any confusion the family photograph we shared yesterday caused,” she wrote.

“I hope everyone celebrating had a very happy Mother’s Day,” she concluded, ending casually with “C,” for her first name, Catherine.
