President Joe Biden might be gearing up for some heated political discussions with world leaders at the G7 summit in the UK this week, but it looks like his wife, Dr. Jill Biden and the Duchess of Cambridge, Kate Middleton, are already in sync. As part of the Biden's first trip to the UK since moving into the White House in January, the First Lady met up with Kate for a special trip to visit students and teachers at the Connor Downs Academy in Cornwall.

Both longtime champions for education—Biden is, herself, an teacher, and Kate has famously advocated for causes around early childhood education for years—the duo met with a class of 4 and 5 year olds, stopping for discussions about the kids' schoolwork, and dropping off some carrots for the school rabbits to snack on. Later, the high-profile ladies held a discussion about the importance of early education and Kate also briefly spoke about her new niece, Lilibet “Lili” Diana Mountbatten-Windsor. "I wish her all the very best. I can't wait to meet her, because we haven't yet met her," she said. "So, hopefully, that will be soon."

Of course, it wasn't just their shared dedication to education that the duchess and First Lady had in common; the women even wore complimentary colors for their expedition. In Kate's case, that meant a lush magenta dress with matching belt by Alexander McQueen and neutral pumps, while Jill chose a hot-pink blazer by L'Agence which she paired with a white A-line dress from Akris and taupe Valentino heels.
