Kate Chastain Takes Son Sullivan for Beach Day: 'In Our Beachy Denim Era'

The 'Below Deck' alum shared a couple of snapshots of her 7-month-old son enjoying the sand and the sea

Kate Chastain can’t stay too far from the sea.

On Monday, the Below Deck alum, 40, shared a video and snapshot of her 7-month-old son, Sullivan Cay, giggling on the beach!

In the video posted to her Instagram Story, Sullivan was dressed in a nautical-inspired outfit. The infant wore a blue and white-striped shirt with a pair of blue shorts that featured a lobster pattern.

He was seen in the sea-inspired ensemble while lounging on a baby blanket on top of a beach towel, with his blue hat beside him, as well as his towel.

Chastain shared another pic of Sullivan sporting his blue hat while he watched his mother snap a mirror selfie as he sat in a front-facing denim baby carrier. She matched her son’s denim accessory with one of her own — an oversized denim Telfar tote.

“In our beachy denim era, “ Chastain wrote.

Ahead of their fun in the sun, in mid-October, the former reality star showed her Instagram followers how excited she was to enjoy the start of fall with her son. The video showed Sullivan tucked comfortably in the front of her overalls as she stood outdoors by the docks.

“It dropped below 90 degrees today so obviously we’re out celebrating the start of Fall 🍂🍁,” she captioned the post.

The new mother shared photos celebrating autumn with her baby and posted Instagram Stories of Sullivan dressed up for his first Halloween.

In the Instagram Story video, Sullivan was dressed in a multi-colored bird costume. "100 percent showing these photos to his first date when he's a teenager," Chastain wrote below the short video as her son smiled.
