Kate Beckinsale Shows Off Insane Core Strength In Seductive Video
Kate Beckinsale is single and she does not play around because the 46-year-old showed off some incredible core strength while showing off her amazing abs and tight body.
The star shared her fitness routine on her Instagram and her ability and skill left some of the world's best athletes impressed.
The video starts off by showing Beckinsale hanging upside down in skin-tight leggings and a tiny white sports bra. Kate then does numerous inverted crunches and her fantastic abs can be seen every time she flexes.

After crushing her set, Kate got a little frisky and playfully rocked back and forth while showing off her curves. The video cuts off right as the actress is about to make her graceful dismount from the monkey bars.
Kate gave props to her trainer and alluded to an inside gym joke involving Arnold Schwarzenegger
"🤸♀️ no framed photos of @schwarzenegger were harmed during the making of this movie, @gunnarfitness," Beckinsale wrote in the caption of her post.
Pro Athletes Were Impressed
Kate's workout impressed pro skier, Lindsey Vonn so much, that she had to sound off in the comments
"That’s legit!!💪🏻💪🏻," Vonn wrote in the comments section of her post.
Gunnar Peterson, Kate's trainer that has worked with tons of celebs including the Kardashians, addressed Kate's Schwarzenegger joke and also praised her for her workout.
"... and a sigh of relief fell over the gym... thank you @katebeckinsale," Peterson wrote reverencing the photos of Arnold.
Her millions of followers were also floored by how impressive her moves were and how good she looked.
Her post was flooded with comments like, "Killing it 🔥🔥," and "Impressive! 💪🏻"

Kate Is Not Dating Jamie Foxx
Earlier this month, Kate set the record straight after dating rumors started circulating that alleged she was hooking up with Jamie Foxx.
Foxx and Beckinsale are both reportedly on the market. Jamie broke up with Katie Holmes months ago after a very secretive relationship that lasted for several years and Beckinsale just finalized her divorce from her former husband, Len Wiseman, two months ago.
She took to social media to express her outrage over the false rumors.
"Lads night at #hfpa party with @therealadewale @iamjamiefoxx and @jsauluck. I would like to point out that standing next to someone does not mean I am dating them. Currently in line at the dry cleaners and if that’s true I’ve got a hell of a problem," Beckinsale wrote in the caption of a post that featured several photos from the night in question.
Fans had a good time in the comments of her post and joked back and forth with the star.
"Dry cleaning guy not classy enough?" a fan question Beckinsale before she quickly replied, "12 ppl right here."
