Kate Beckinsale is sharing an update from the hospital this Easter.

Beckinsale, 50, posted a photo that appeared to show her own feet in a hospital bed as she marked the Easter holiday in a post.

“Happy Easter 🐰🐇🐣,” she wrote in the caption alongside two snaps of her black pajama pants with white bows on them as well as bunny socks in an ode to the holiday. One of the shots gave followers a close-up look at the Easter-themed hosiery.

Though Beckinsale did not confirm when the photo was taken or what she was in the hospital for, she received comments of support and concern from friends and fans, including Gwen Stefani who asked “What’s wrong!!! 🙏🏻,” in the comment section, while Olympic alpine skier Lindsey Vonn posted “🙏🏻❤️” emojis in reaction to the post.

Rebel Wilson’s fiancée Ramona Agruma, meanwhile, wrote, “Get well darling 💕🐣💕🐇," in support.

Actress Alice Evans also commented, writing, “So sorry you're in hospital still, Kate. I do hope nothing is seriously wrong. I know you've been through the ringer in the past year. Sending love and positive vibes. ❤️.”

The actress has been posting health updates since March 11 when she posted a photo of herself in a hospital bed as part of carousel post in celebration of her mother Judy's belated birthday and U.K. Mother's Day.

She has not yet revealed the reason for her hospitalization.

A representative for Beckinsale declined to comment when contacted by PEOPLE following her first post of an image of her in the hospital.

In her March 11 Instagram post, the actress left followers concerned when she shared two teary-eyed photos of herself and referred to being "sick," in the post's caption, though she did not disclose the reason she had been unwell.

On March 19, Beckinsale shared another update from the hospital as she posted a selfie of her resting in bed on her Instagram Story. On the same day, the actress posted tributes to her late father Richard Beckinsale on the 45th anniversary of his death, and stepfather, Roy Battersby, who died on Jan, 10.

“The day you died comes round so suddenly even when I’m expecting it,” Beckinsale wrote of her father, who died of a heart attack at age 31in 1979. “This is my first year without any father figure at all for a long long time. How I miss you.”

Beckinsale added of Battersby in the caption, “How familiar this falling through an abyss. How horribly like home falling with no one to catch you feels. I hope your energies have met.”

Since being in the hospital, Beckinsale has been visited by her beloved cat Willow and Pomeranian Myf, sharing photos of the visit on Instagram.  Last week, the actress also unveiled an arm tattoo in another photo in the hospital, featuring a bird and a message addressed to "My KB” completed by West Hollywood artist Endry Stymest.
