Myf had calmed down by the second clip as she sat on the bed with her new furry friend, who sat behind her on top of a pillow.

“She’s never met another Pom,” Beckinsale explained in the caption. "She can’t actually believe it.”

A final sweet video showed the pooches sniffing each other’s snouts indoors as they continued getting to know each other more.

“Thank you Ashley and Cleo for looking after Myf 🤍,” Beckinsale added in a short message, appearing to refer to the minders of her pet pooch.

The actress’ latest videos come as she’s been posting updates from the hospital on social media in recent weeks.

One of Beckinsale’s most recent posts from the hospital was on April 4, when she shared a carousel of photos of her being visited by her friend Jonathan Voluck. The pair were snapped smiling as they sported peanut headbands at Beckinsale’s hospital bed. A collagen supplement was spotted on her nightstand.

The Van Helsing star wrote in the caption, “🥜🥜🌈🌈🖕🏻😢🌈🌈🥜🥜.” Other photos included in the post were of a rainbow in the sky, a jar with wooden words that spelled, ‘F---s to give’ and a book titled Grief is for People by Sloane Crosley.

Beckinsale first shared a post from herself in the hospital on March 11 as she celebrated her mother Judy on U.K. Mother’s Day. On March 19, the actress continued to post from the hospital as she paid tribute to her late father, Richard Beckinsale, who died in 1979, and her stepfather Roy Battersby, who died at age 87 on Jan. 10.

She also celebrated the Easter holiday with a post on Instagram that showed her in the hospital wearing a pair of festive-themed socks.

The actress hasn't publicly addressed the reason for her hospitalization, however, she has denied she was treated for a ruptured cyst or endometriosis. She remarked on the former condition in response to a follower’s comment on Instagram.

"I didn’t have a ruptured cyst since 2019. But thank you so much for your kind wishes x,” the actress wrote, referring to a ruptured ovarian cyst she suffered in January 2019.
