Karlie Kloss and Joshua Kushner Selling $7 Million Apartment 4 Months After Wedding — See Inside!

Karlie Kloss and Jared Kushner are letting go of their New York City home.

The supermodel, 26, and her venture capitalist husband, 33, who is the brother of senior White House advisor and son-in-law of President Trump Jared Kushner, have listed their apartment in New York City’s Nolita neighborhood for $6.995 million.

Listing agents Nick Gavin and Josh Doyle of Compass had no comment.

The two-bedroom, two-and-a-half bath property was purchased in October 2014, for $4.5 million using a limited liability company, according to the New York Observer, so it’s unclear whether Kloss or Kushner was the original buyer.

However, Kloss has previously showed off two other New York properties since then: an all-white loft-like apartment in 2016, and her first city home, decorated by Nate Berkus and published in Vogue, in 2014.

The couple’s current apartment is the work of Robin Standefer and Stephen Alesch, the husband-and-wife duo behind celebrity-favorite interior design firm Roman & Williams, who created the luxury residential building from the ground up. Their other clients include Kate Hudson, Jenna Lyons and Gwyneth Paltrow.

All of the units feature their signature touches, including black-framed windows and doors, and Danish wood kitchens trimmed with high-gloss paint.

According to the Post, Billy Joel previously purchased an apartment for his daughter Alexa Ray in the 15-unit building, whose amenities include a doorman, gym, bike room and roof terrace.

Kloss and Kushner’s home boasts 2,000 square feet of indoor living space, according to the New York Post, who first reported the news. There’s also a 1,120-square-feet brick terrace — a rare feature in New York City — according to the listing.

The apartment features a 28-foot East-facing living room with a massive wood-burning fireplace and herringbone walnut floors. The master suite is accessed via French doors and the en suite is clad in Calacatta Gold marble. There’s also a soaking tub, a walk-in shower and two adjoining walk-in closets.

Kushner and Kloss began dating in 2012, announced their engagement in July 2018, and married in a small Jewish ceremony in upstate New York on a Thursday evening in October, a rep for the model confirmed to PEOPLE at the time. Fewer than 80 people were in attendance, but the couple plans to host a larger celebration for friends and loved ones in the spring of 2019.

The Project Runway host wore a custom Dior gown for the ceremony.

“The wedding was intimate and moving. The couple was beaming with happiness,” a friend who attended the ceremony tells PEOPLE.
