In a head-turning Monday night appearance on "Watch What Happens Live!" with Andy Cohen, the actress shared the deep reason why she decided to abstain from having sex.

Cohen read a fan question: "What's your reasoning behind being celibate, and in what ways do you believe it has improved your life?"

To which she replied, "Well, I just think nothing good comes from having sex, including children," before adding that she was "just kidding!"

"I think with the overturning of Roe v. Wade, and you know, our rights being stripped away from us, this is a way that I can take back control," Fox explained, per DailyMail. "And it just sucks that it has to be in that way, but I just don't feel comfortable until things change."

During her appearance, the fashionista had no trouble stealing the show in a see-through dress that appeared to be made of cellophane. She wore it over a black bra and panties and completed the look with thick-heeled black boots.

Fox was asked other questions on the show, including when she intends to stop being celibate, to which she noted that it's "going to take a miracle" for her to discontinue her no-sex run at this rate.

"Honestly, it was like six months, then it was a year, and then I'm like, 'Oh my God, it's almost two and a half years and it's still going,' and I don't know, it's going to take a miracle," she said.

"Do you miss it?" Cohen asked.

"In the beginning, yes, but I think it's just like getting over anything, smoking, drugs, whatever it may be," she replied. "Eventually, you just forget, and all that energy that you were putting toward sex, you can put toward other things."

Cohen then pressed to know if she indulges in self-gratification or if she completely stays off sexual satisfaction.

"Not as much as you would think, but maybe like once or twice a month," Fox admitted, drawing laughs from fans."Sometimes, I'll start and then I get like tired and lose interest. I don't know if anyone can relate, but I'm just so tired all the time."

Her recent comments about celibacy come after Fox opened up about her relationship with controversial rapper Kanye West, revealing that she didn't have sex with him when they dated briefly in early 2022.

During a recent interview with The New York Times, Fox was asked about the details of the sexual experiences she discussed in her upcoming memoir, explaining that "one boyfriend" she didn't describe sex with is West.

She noted that her relationship with West wasn't solely driven by physical attraction, adding, "Because there, like, wasn't any. It wasn't really about that."

In another recent interview with Stellar Magazine, Fox lamented the effect of her relationship with West on her, noting that the relationship left her "scarred."

"What I find happens so often in public relationships – at least what happened to me, and maybe I'm just scarred from it – is that you become known as that person's girlfriend," the 34-year-old actress said.

She went on, "And I just don't want to uphold that. I want to be able to make it on my own. I don't want anyone to be able to attribute my success to a man in my life."

"If anything, men are an obstacle I have to get through. It has never helped me," Fox added.

The "Presence" actress is not downplaying her sacrifice to be celibate and wouldn't take much from anyone as she slammed popular dating app Bumble for a controversial ad campaign they launched about women abstaining from sex.

The controversial ad campaign saw a picture of billboards published by the dating app Bumble that read, "A vow of celibacy is not the answer," seemingly angering fans alike with the post.

"Imagine pretending to be a dating app for women and launching a million-dollar ad campaign blaming women for a very normal reaction to men's violence," the caption over the video read.

"2.5 years of celibacy and never been better," Fox added in her response to the TikTok post.
